My grimdark science fantasy was supposed to suck. Even if my newer books read better, Civil War’s gone down as a personal favorite. This book is gonna be the fan favorite. I can feel it. Its subject matter is disgusting, and you’d think those first few chapters are torture porn. You got a twenty-year-old East…
Civil War is prisonpunk resistance fiction that strips away hero myths and exposes the brutal machinery of propaganda, punishment, and control. We’ve all seen dystopian fiction before. My favorites boast common denominators, with big governments, oppressive systems, and plucky rebels. But Civil War don’t play by those rules. It don’t sugarcoat rebellion, doesn’t pretend heroism’s…

Often, I’m talking about Elementals of Nordica and Terrian Chronicles since I’m hammering out ferocious self-edits on both works. Because of this, I’ve spoken little about Chronicles of Rondure. After I…
Civil War is Book I in Chronicles of Rondure, originally released in April 2022. It’s also Book V in the Renegades Epic: Phase I. So, what’s Civil War about, and how does it tie in with the Epic? The skinny They trained me to kill for them. Now I’ll burn their empire to the ground….
